Why I created ActiveStand?
Working long hours behind a screen, I quickly felt the need to alternate my posture to relieve my back and keep my energy up. I looked for an app that could smartly manage my "Sitting" and "Standing" times... but none really suited my needs. They were either too complex or filled with expensive subscriptions.
So, I made a radical decision: I learned how to code and decided to build my own tool. ActiveStand is my very first app.
It was built with passion and a single goal in mind: to be the simple, free, and privacy-respecting tool I wished I had found on the App Store. I hope it helps you as much as it helps me every day!

Pourquoi j'ai créé ActiveStand ?
En travaillant de longues heures derrière un écran, j'ai vite ressenti le besoin d'alterner ma posture pour soulager mon dos et garder mon énergie. J'ai cherché une application capable de gérer intelligemment mes temps "Assis" et "Debout"... mais aucune ne me convenait vraiment. Elles étaient soit trop complexes, soit remplies d'abonnements coûteux.
J'ai donc pris une décision radicale : apprendre à développer et créer mon propre outil. ActiveStand est ma toute première application.
Elle a été conçue avec passion, dans un seul but : être l'outil simple, gratuit et respectueux de la vie privée que j'aurais aimé trouver sur l'App Store. J'espère qu'elle vous aidera autant qu'elle m'aide au quotidien !
